Hailing from the marvelous Midwest metropolis of Macaroni, I find myself drawn to Binghamton each year to celebrate our mutual love of macaroni and cheese! In Macaroni, our core value is finding joy in cheese and pasta, and the creative collaborations between the two! The Binghamton Philharmonic Orchestra is kind enough to welcome me each year to watch your creative competition of restaurateurs contending for the ultimate macaroni and cheese aficionado awards! You betcha, Mac & Cheese Fest 2023 is gonna be the best darn tootin’ food festival you’ve ever seen and tasted.
